Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity – Wainwright, Alberta

Privately owned and growing dental office in Wainwright, AB is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their supportive and welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dentist looking to build strong long-term relationships within a loyal patient base while practicing in a busy and community-focused environment.

This position is ideal for both experienced dentists and newer graduates seeking mentorship, clinical growth, and the opportunity to establish themselves in a thriving Alberta community.

Position Details:

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday late evening: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• New position with strong growth potential
• Associate will see the majority of new patients
• 40% collections-based compensation
• Busy office with potential monthly production of $50,000–$60,000+
• Digital office with:
  • 4 intraoral units
  • Digital Pan/Ceph
  • Laser technology
• Mentorship available
• Open to new graduates

About the Practice:

• 4 operatories
• Strong existing patient base 
• Supported by 2 experienced RDAs and 1 receptionist
