We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, well-established dental practice in the Carleton County area of Western New Brunswick seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to step into a practice where the patient demand is already there. The clinic is currently at capacity and unable to accept new patients, providing an incoming associate with an established patient base from the start.
✨ THE OPPORTUNITY
• 45% compensation
• Full-time position
• Established and extremely busy patient base
• Current dentist averages approximately $7,000 in production per 8-hour day — individual production will vary based on experience, speed and scope
• No evenings or weekends
• Flexible start date
• 5 operatories
• Team currently includes 1 dentist and 2 hygienists
• Opportunity for strong production from the start
• Practice would consider investing in additional technology, such as a scanner or CEREC, for the right candidate
🎓 NEWER DENTISTS WILL BE CONSIDERED
The practice is open to a newer dentist who is motivated, confident and eager to grow. Some mentorship can be provided, with the goal of the associate being comfortable working independently within approximately six months.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, kind, respectful and team-oriented.
