We’re seeking a motivated Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our progressive, patient-focused dental practice in Peterborough! This is a great opportunity to step into a modern, well-equipped clinic and work alongside an experienced, supportive team.
💰 Compensation: 40% of collections
What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care.• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.• Foster strong, long-term patient relationships through compassionate and quality care.• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and adhere to all regulatory standards.• Collaborate closely with an experienced team to deliver the best outcomes.
What We’re Looking For• DDS/DMD degree and license to practice in Ontario.• Excellent clinical and communication skills.• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.• Commitment to continuing education and growth.• Experience with hard tissue laser, CEREC, CBCT, intraoral scanner, and in-house lab technology is an asset.
